Welcome to Lead Center Media. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Overview
Lead Center Media (“LCM”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency that provides performance-driven lead generation services for local service-based businesses, primarily in the construction and trades industry.
We offer:
Paid ad campaign management (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)
CRM and lead automation setup
Organic social media management
Content and video production
Appointment-setting and lead qualification support
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
a. Pricing
All prices that we quote will be based on the country of origin . Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Clients may opt for individual services or bundled packages.
Custom packages and enterprise pricing available upon request.
b. Setup Fees
Some packages include a one-time setup fee (e.g. $1,000–$1,500) for onboarding, strategy, CRM configuration, and creative buildout.
c. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
Overdue invoices may result in service suspension until payment is received.
3. Minimum Commitment & Cancellations policy
A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all recurring service packages unless agreed otherwise.
After the initial 3-month term, services roll over month-to-month.
To cancel, clients must provide 30 days’ written notice via email or our official cancellation form.
Any payments due during the 30-day notice period must still be paid in full.
Early cancellation within the initial 3-month period will incur the full term’s fee.
4. Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality of our services. However, if you are not satisfied, you may:
Request a refund of the monthly service fee within 30 days of campaign launch.
Refund requests must be sent in writing to support@leadcentermedia.com with an explanation.
Refund Conditions:
Setup fees and third-party ad spend are non-refundable.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 10 business days to process.
If no refund claim is made within the 30-day window, this satisfaction guarantee is voided.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure campaign success, clients must:
Respond to lead inquiries promptly
Attend monthly review calls
Fund Meta/Facebook ad spend directly
Provide requested approvals, content, access credentials, and assets in a timely manner
Ensure availability for onboarding and content production (if included)
6. Lead Handling & Results Disclaimer
We guarantee to generate high-quality leads using our proven systems. However, the final sales outcome is dependent on:
Your response time
Your sales process
Your pricing and quoting
We cannot guarantee closed deals or revenue as part of our services.
7. Content Ownership
All creative assets (ad copy, videos, designs, landing pages, etc.) produced by Lead Center Media remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reuse, resell, or modify these assets without our permission.
8. Service Pauses
Services may be paused with 14 days’ written notice.
A pause may last up to 90 days. Beyond that, reactivation may require a new setup.
Outstanding invoices must be cleared before a pause is approved.
9. Force Majeure
Lead Center Media is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, platform outages, political unrest, or illness.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
